Delivery

The delivery will take place within 15 days upon receipt of an email of order confirmation.

For every order placed on the website, Atelier du Sac emits regular transport document for the shipped goods. The receipt is available on the "My Orders" section of your personal account in our website. The document contains the information provided during the purchase process. After issuing the document, you won’t be able to change such information anymore.

Throughout Italy shipment is free of charge for orders above € 150, and of € 8 for the rest of the orders. Outside Italy shipping costs are of € 18,00 for EU countries, and of € 30,00 for other Countries. You will be responsible for any applied custom expenses.

Deliveries are carried during standard business hours at the address you have provided.
Upon delivery if you notice any anomalies please write it down on the delivery form. If not collected within the established term specified by the courier, products will be returned to Atelier du Sac. Under these circumstances you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, but not of the shipping costs. Atelier du Sac can not be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracy or lack of information during the online purchase process, for any damage occurred to the products after delivery, and for any delay during the delivery caused by the courier company.
